MIAP Pays Courtesy Visit to the Embassy of Nigeria in Cotonou

The Mission d’Innovation et d’Action Positive (MIAP) paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Nigeria in Cotonou on 14 August 2026.

As one of the Embassy’s key partners in the fight against human trafficking, MIAP has continued to support efforts aimed at protecting and assisting trafficked Nigerians in the Republic of Benin.

The visit provided an opportunity to further strengthen existing collaboration in the rescue, rehabilitation and safe return of trafficked Nigerians.

It also reaffirmed the shared commitment to combating human trafficking and safeguarding the rights and dignity of victims.

Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Cotonou was established to enhance bilateral relations between Nigeria and Benin Republic.
